7.- INFORMATION ABOUT FACEBOOK PIXEL

The Facebook pixel is a snippet of JavaScript code that we insert into our website in order to track conversions. Thanks to the pixel, we can measure various events such as:

  • Visits to our website
  • Items added to the shopping cart
  • Items added to the wishlist
  • Payment information added
  • Payment initiated
  • Product purchase
  • Potential customer (Lead)
  • Registration completed
  • Page search
  • Content viewed

The functionality of the Facebook Pixel is to measure the conversions of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and the cost of each one, since we can configure the tracking by assigning a monetary value.

Thanks to the results that the Pixel provides, we can create customized audiences of our website and products, adapt ads to show them to those people most likely to achieve the objective, define the characteristics of users who visit our website, and create specific actions to convert leads into customers.
